Malah sebenernya kalau terbiasa baca yg style tulisan spt ini, kita harusnya tahu kalau Krakatau berasal dari Indonesia..khan ada kalimatnya tuh : "BGSU is one of the only universities in North America with two Indonesian music specialists on its faculty,"

>         University this Sunday, entertaining students and faculty with their combination of cultures and musical styles.

>         The concert at Olscamp Hall was the second stop on the band's tour, which will take them across the United States and Canada in the next five weeks. They have stops scheduled in New York City, Los Angeles, and Vancouver, among others.

>         Staging a show at a moderately sized university during summer may seem like an odd choice for a band playing dates in the continent's largest cities, but Krakatau had a compelling reason for the selection. "BGSU is one of the only universities in North America with two Indonesian music specialists on its faculty,"

>         Jeremy Wallach, assistant professor of popular culture said. Krakatau has toured extensively since its inception in 1985.
>
>         The band has played throughout Europe, China, and Southeast Asia, in large cities and international jazz festivals. Their stage show is an eclectic mix music and dance, individual and ensemble performances, fusing jazz, hard rock, funk, and world beats into a unmistakably intriguing whole.
>
>         The band has released six albums, but none in the last four years. Their two most recent albums, 1994's Mystical Mist and 2000's Magical Match, can be found at wartajazz.com. The band also maintains an official website at krakatau.net.
