Has it ever been confirmed if their parents were dead or are they just missing? I don't remember what they said in the past episodes of the top of my head. If they are just missing, they might've been brought into CB. For what it is worth I think that Kinou and Saji's Dad is going to end up being a big player in the series at some point. Maybe he was a Gundam Meister and Saji will follow in his dad's footsteps.
