It's possible. But it seems as if his only direct contact with the Ptolemais group has been through Wang. If he were to distribute the information anonymously (and perhaps leave Wang's name off the list), then I'm pretty confident that there wouldn't be anything to connect him with the group. It would be interesting to see Billy's reaction when he saw Sumeragi's name on the list.
Though I'm also in the camp that doesn't think he'll live long enough to do that.
