Well--here are two few choices:

Yellow -  because they are cowards, afraid to hold their discussions and
make their decisions in front of their members.

Green - because the money interests (trademark owners) are dominating the
issues.  Tail wagging the public interest dog.

I'd vote for yellow, but I think it's used by MIA folk.  Maybe "missing in
action" could have a secondary meaning here.  e.g., missing the point that
these proceedings should be open.
