Jeff, apart from the fact that you probably think you participated in the
closed meeting via some handy video over IP thingamajig that INEG
produces, you wouldn't know what happened in that closed meeting had not a
member of ORSC attended, and then made the information public.

It makes perfect sense to me. They went so that they could relay what
happened in that meeting to the general public, thus making it a little
more *open*.
