A I followed up after that particular post with a correction, I had at that
time told you that I was informed that such would not be possible while
an investigation was underway. This is standard procedure form what I have
told, although I find it unnecessary. So, if you had been paying attention you
would have read that particular post a bit closer.

Ok sure you do, but funny thing is that according to the federal registry
no case is known presently. And I am sure that you DON'T want to comment
further regarding TJNS. However you have made this comment now
three times, so I doubt that it has any real meaning this time either.

No I haven't personally, but others in our group have. Your story, here all
be it seemingly sounding creditable, leaves much to be desired with respect to
verifiable FACTS! Ad Mr. Kimbel, Presidents lawyer said the other day
in front of the Senate, "Those little pesky things known as FACTS" don't
seem to agree with your BIG picture story William. Shame that! :(

I don't challenge everyone's or anyone's unless I feel that there is good
evidence to do so. As part of my education in law, that is a basic precept.
