In pokey, veronica, AND pseudo, the corporations involved were informed that the uses were non commercial and non infringing. In both pokey and veronica, it was not until the press was informed and the public got annoyed that the corporations backed off. In pseudo, the corporation's lawyer has been informed, and his response, so far, has been "we're not reverse hijacking. You're infringing. We'll give you $100.00 for the address." I very much doubt that many of these corporations would back off knowing that the domain name holders were not infringing. Many feel that they have a right to the name, regardless.
