Is this why it took two weeks to put the "minutes" up? Because it took a
while to figure out how to publish minutes and at the same time conceal what
was really being discussed?

FURTHER RESOLVED [resolution 99.5], that the Sublease between the

"The future of the Internet, the terms of which were described to the Board
by the Corporation's legal counsel.."

What about the following? Not only aren't we being told what was in the
agreements, but we aren't to learn what ICANN is going to do about any of
this in the future, either? Is this the trick that Joe Sims has come up with
for pretending that ICANN is being open while actually tell us nothing? He's
really one slick lawyer, that Joe Sims, huh? Really got to hand it to him.
Yessir. And we're just a bunch of dumb clucks. Just pull the wool over our
eyes whenever they want to, huh?

and each of them hereby is, authorized to execute and deliver on behalf of
the Corporation such documents, agreements and instruments as they deem
necessary or convenient to carry out the intent of the above-described
