Paris draft-DNSO board member provisions

Does the Paris draft - which presently enjoys the support of a majority of
those contingents participating in the DNSO application drafting process -
contain any mechanisms to ensure that the registries, or any other
constituencies, do not win more than one of the three DNSO Board seats, or,
for that matter, all three of them?
