Molly and all, The membership mailing list does not provide instructions for subscribing that I could see. In addition it seems to be thwarting openness and Transparency pretty solidly as well by a couple of the restrictions. To wit: --Do not post more than five messages per individual per 24-hour period. --Do not cross-post messages. Can you explain how these two restrictions are either productive or meet the requirements of the White Paper? They also seem to be a possibility of restricting free speech in the extreme as well. I will have this looked over carefully with our legal department for further review to verify that. If so I will let you know....
