Kathy, of course, is too modest to pat herself on the back, but I will do
it for her. It was a great job. Unfortunately fter she and Mike Doughney
of DNRC presented comments to WIPO, DNRC was STILL not invited to assist in
the formation of the trademark constituency, and has thusfar been
specifically invited to ONE meeting that INTA has organized, namely the
Toronto meeting. Since we were invited less than 36 hours prior, despite
having asked for information over a month before, we were unable to attend.
Kathy's well thought out proposal and set of solutions has not been
discussed on any mailing list that I have seen, or anywhere else for that
matter. If you have seen it, please point me to where, as I would like to
participate in its discussion.
