All,
How about these compromise proposals?
1.) Make it a choice to the registrant as a support element to ICANN.
Like we do on our tax forms for political election contributions.
2.) Split the difference, $.50 is paid by the Registrar, and $.50 by the
Registrant. No cost passing off to the registrant by the
registrar.
Note: My position is simple, if ICANN is doing such a great job, than
they should have no trouble in getting more than enough in donations
to support theemselves.... PBS seems to be able to do it!!
