In what way is it helpful? Helpful to the plans of the ICANN board,
perhaps, but how is it helpful to you?

Hasn't it occurred to you that Joe Sims has entered into discussions
because the board is becoming frightened that, because of the recent
increase in opposition to them, they may be subjected to public
scrutiny and ICANN dismembered, and so are making a larger effort to
sew doubt in the opposition? How does this help the opposition? Do
you imagine that you are going to convince Joe Sims that what he has
done is wrong, and that he will then go to the California Attorney
General and ask for ICANN to be unincorporated, or publicly abjure
the board?

What he is doing is simply a renewed attempt at propaganda, so as to
reduce the opposition as far as possible. Nothing else. A man who
has done what he has, and who has lied about it to Congress, isn't
going to change his plans because Mikki Barry or anyone else has a
superior argument. You let yourself be flattered too much by the
fact that he is talking to you. Pull yourself together.
