Gene and all,
Yes it is a good thing that Joe is participating actively in discussion,
all far too little, and somewhat late. Also who knows for how long?
The other side of this proverbial coin, is that as michael has pointed
out more than once is that Joe Simms has been far less than
honest in stating what he thinks vs what he does. Mr. Simms has
lied to congress, and is currently getting away with it. He has stated
several thing publicly an at ICANN meetings that he had not intention
of fulfilling. Hence it is difficult to enter into meaningful discourse
on these list with him, as one cannot really distinguish where he is
coming from. Yet Ester Dyson said in the beginning "Trust Us"...
Well many of us did in the beginning, and we have seen that doing
so was a big mistake, and a costly one at that for many...
