Jeffrey,

I've had the opportunity recently to talk to a couple of people in the
PR field, who work exclusively with internet related matters.

I asked them both if they had heard of INEGroup or of you. They
hadn't. I asked if it was at all possible that there was a
multibillion dollar international corporation like INEG that they
wouldn't of heard of. They said there was no way they would not of
heard of a company as you describe INEG to be.

I asked you for comment on this privately. You elected not to even
acknowledge the email.

I now ask you publicly for comment, and if you can provide a single
reputable, and known, PR firm who has ever heard of INEG at all.

For those not familiar with the story http://www.inegroup.net has some
interesting information.

Jeffrey, don't bother posting that email again, my rebuttals to it are
already well known by everyone, and the facts don't support it. You
bring it up to try only to divert attention from my evidence on your
fraudulent claims. Regardless that email, these claims on you exist,
and you have never answered them or been able to show that even a
SINGLE piece of it is false.

So for those are are, from some reason, interested in what Jeffrey is
threatening me with (as if I have anything to fear from it) here is a
reference to archived copies of a past attempt of him to use it in the

same manner : (all of these are from the domain-policy archives at
http://lists.internic.net/cgi-bin/wa?A1=ind9903&L=domain-policy if
you do go here, the series of posts "Jeff Speaks" and "Jeff Speaks
Part Two" are particularly interesting)

http://lists.internic.net/cgi-bin/wa?A2=ind9903&L=domain-policy&D=1&T=0&O=D&F=&S=&P=78555

This set is particularly telling. It occured after it was revealed
that Chris Oakley of Wired had been conned by Jeff, and quoted him in
an article. Mr Oakley became aware of it shorly after the article was
put out and removed the quote from the article before it was widely
circulated. (see http://www.dso.net/wwalsh/jeffw/ for copies of both
the before and after articles).

Jeff got particularly angry and posted this message in retaliation :

My response :

A German Internet Magazine did a story about Jeff at
http://www.fichtner.net/outlook/1999-01.html
(In German use http://babelfish.altavista.com/ for a decent
translation).

In any event this may all make interesting reading for any new comers
who haven't been here during previous fireworks sessions with our boy
Jeffey aka KCKid, the only CEO of multinational multibillion dollar
corporation to use a netcom email address :) Not to mention the high
tech telephone system, that lets him use the same phone number as a
contact for every single person who has every had anything to do with
INEG (said number rings at a room phone in the Homestead Inn, who have
never heard of INEG).

Ah, the joys of the internet, where even a fraud like Jeffrey can fool
a couple of reporters into quoting him.
