This is not exactly true. (See more as to why below)

Review for yourself, there has not been a comment added to the
archives of the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list depository archives
sense June 18th. See:
http://www.icann.org/comments-mail/icann-current/maillist.html
yourself. Yet I know that I personally have posted more than 6 in
the past two days. The last comment posted was:
http://www.icann.org/comments-mail/icann-current/msg00163.html
Hence it is not likely that anyone's comments/questions "Say" as
has been requested by this new IFWP member ask, will ever be
known or for that matter read by anyone at the ICANN.. Further
as was reported by Diane Cabel shortly after the ICANN conference in
Berlin, Esther Dyson said that she rarely reads the comments...

Again this is not exactly accurate information either for similar reasons
I outlined briefly with respect to the ICANN [EMAIL PROTECTED]
mailing list depository.
For instance if you review,
http://www.dnso.org/dnso/dnsocomments/comments/Archives/maillist.html
you will see that the last comment in the archives for the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list was made on June 10th. This is highly
inaccurate as well as I know that I have sent comments to that list
depository on several occasion in just the past week more than four times.

Again we know from the Berlin conference comments made by Esther Dyson
that this statement is not exactly accurate.
