  You got it just about right Michael.  Many of us realized this long ago...

  But more to Gordons point, the test of the feasibility of swapping roots
was done some time ago ( 1.5 years maybe?), and that test was quite
successful although the NTIA I believe, had to tell the than Jon Postel
to switch them back.  Many may have forgotten about this, but some of
us have not.   I will leave it there for now...   More may follow....

BTW kudos to Gordon Cook!   Thanks for reminding some folks Gordon!
