Michael and all,
I take it that your question was a general one and directed at
this list as a whole. In that light, my observation and opinion
along with the INEGroup's opinion in this instance is a as follows:
1.) The ICANN in it's "Accreditation Policy" is attempting to eliminate
or at least severely curtain individuals of small companies from
freely and actively participating in the Internet as DN owners
or registrants.
2.) The ICANN and the GIP http://www.gip.org are cooperating in finding
several methods in restricting in as much is possible without being
too obvious, to reduce and or eliminate open and free market
processes in the DNS arena as much as possible.
