Jay and all,
We [INEGroup] also agree with Jay Fenello's comment/statement
here as well. Such and action by the ISOC is both improper and
in contrast with Don Heaths statements made at the Berlin ICANN
Conference. I shows that the ISOC is acting in a very disingenuous
manner as it appears the ICANN (Initial?) Interim Board is doing in this
amongst many other actions/incidents to which they have decided
to engage in falsely in the names of stakeholders. And as such,
are in violation of their stated goals, the White Paper, and the
MoU.
Our 95k+ members of the INEGroup hope that the ISOC and the
ICANN (Initial?) Interim Board will cease and desist in this sort of
disingenuous activity post haste.
We {INEGroup] are delighted to see the Jay Fenello amongst
others have decided to self start their organization to represent
personal domain name holders i.e. http://www.pdnha.org. The
ICANN should also be delighted as well.
