not sure of the point that kerry is making with this post.  But am 
sure that computerized vote counting is fool hardy.  The source code 
for the vote counting programs has never been revealed by any of the 
companies involved and without the ability to see what the program is 
doing every step of the way you never know whether it is being rigged.
