The ICANN )Initial?) Interim board has solicited for comments
regarding the "Proposal for Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy
for gTLD Registrars" at, http://www.icann.org/santiago/udrp.htm.
However their own link for archives for these comments is
broken, see, http://www.icann.org/comments-mail/comment-udrp/current/maillist.html
for further detail. As such, one must wonder if the ICANN (Initial?)
Interim
Board really is seeking such comments, and if they have at all reviewed
the DNSO archives on discussions on this topic before the Working Group-A
submitted their "Report".
In addition the mailing list for "Community Feedback"

is yet again not functioning properly
as well. This again, might prompt one to wonder if the ICANN
is yet again
really interested in "Community Feedback" as this is at least
the third
time that this incident has occurred for the "Community Feedback"
