Dear Secretary Daley and Congressman,

I received this exchange (See below) on a public mailing list
known as the IFWP list. I find it particularly disturbing, as did
the original recipient the very repugnant and very inappropriate
the behavior of Mary Wiening <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
in response to a legitimate query.

As a taxpayer and registered voter, it seems to me that such
such comments in the context of the request made by Joe
Baptista require some disaplanary action on the part of the
Department of Commerce forthwith. I hope that you will
take the appropriate action in this troubling situation. I would
also request a reply as to what action is being taken to
correct this sort of concern, if you would please.

Thank you for your time and your cooperation in advance,
Kindest Regards,

Dear Ms. Wiening:

I am replying to your email communication in respect of a Mr. Robert Shaw
of the International Telecommunications Union and your obvious
misunderstanding of your position in this.

I am making this a public issue as I feel it is critical to expose
publically bad service within the civil service and you communication will
do very well for these purposes.

Why did I contact you Ms. Wiening. Simply put I pay your salary. If your
object to this arrangement you know where you can find the door. I expect
you as a civil servant of a government to which I pay taxes to behave with
a higher degree of respect. Is that too much to ask Ms. Wiening.

The proper thing to do here madam is forward the communication to your
supervisor so it can be appropriately filed. Is that too much to ask of
you as part of the means by which you earn your keep. God help us if we
get in the way of your hard earned vacation time at doc.

Madam, I've dealt with monkeys having better civilized manners then you.
Pass this on to your supervisor and have him follow up with me.

No. You now in my bad civil servant list. Let's get your supervisor in
on this to improve your behaviour.

As with respect of my comments to the GA of the DNSO and GAC of ICANN, I
offer up this Mary Wiening as the sort of civil servant I do not approve
of. It is this sort of attitude shared by people like Burr, Becky of DOC,
elizabeth the anti-homosexual person at the itu who runs these lists, and
of course our Mr. Robert Shaw of the ITU.

All of these people like Mary Wiening depend on us to put bread on their
table, bbut when it comes to service, and quality of service, the people
who represent the governments we pay for are quicker to offer us the boot.

I think it time to respond in kind.

Cheers
Joe Baptista
