Bottom-up policymaking, Mr. McLaughlin? Like the DNSO Names Council
appointing three ISOC/CORE supporters to the Board over the clear
popular choices of the General Assembly like Nii Quaynor, Peter
Dengate-Thrush, and Karl Auerbach?

Why don't you take your Los Angeles ICANN meeting and, as adbised to
do with your bylaws changes, "metetelo donde mejor te quepa"?
