No he has yet to be charged with any specific charges to date. But
there is an open investigation. I think it is quite clear as to how this

You may obtain the records through several legal methods. However
Jo Batista has already posted some of that information just a bit
ago. Some of the records have been sequestered by court order
pending further investigation or other legal action. This is of course
standard procedure in these sorts of cases in the US. I am also sure
as with most people in Jonathan Cohen's position, that he will deny
any of this. But the some of this information is available none the less,
as Joe Baptista has already provided. As thing progress in this
case, I am sure more reveling information will become available as well.
Understand I am not saying that he is guilty of anything, but the suspicion
alone is sufficient to disqualify him as a ICANN BoD member. It is up
to a court of law to determine his guilt of innocence at some point in time.
It is sad and disgusting that we now have a potential pedophile as an
ICANN BoD member that was elected in a fraudulent manner as others
have already pointed out on several occasions already. Truly a despicable
and ugly mess that this ICANN (Initial?) Interim board and the DNSO
NC have perpetrated on the stakeholders!!
