 None of the above.  The stakeholders must do this collectively.
The GA can help.  But the rest are circumspect or in collusion
with these "Errors" as you put it, Javier.  They are really not errors
though, the were deliberate acts.

  They have already been validated, so that part is already complete.
It is the Stakeholders in conjunction with the NTIA to correct these errors
immediately.  Not sweep them under the rug, as you seem to be suggesting
here.

  ICANN is NOT law.  It only has bylaws that must be checked or kept
in check by ICANN members which are not in place yet, hence it
falls to the stakeholders to correct in conjunction, again, with the
NTIA.

  The NC secretariat is part of the problem and in addition
is not legitimate, which has already been pointed out as well.
Hence any thing the NC secretariat is invalid or not of significance.
