Folks,
I will be away for a while, with no connectivity.
It seems to me the right moment to check out definitively.
This list has raised some expectations some time ago, but it seems to me
that the contents of the debate does not match these expectations anymore.
But that's life, I guess. People move from one electronic forum to the
other, following their interest and looking for better price/performance
ratio (in this case, noise/signal).
But I did not want to leave without recognising, once again if need will be,
the work of Richard Sexton.
I have strong and deep disagreements with him, but I have to say that I
admire his technical skills and the way he has managed this list
impartially.
