Those concerned with the new legislation seeking to penalize
those who register domain names (I refuse to use their hype
titles) might be aware that they were passed in the face of
American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia v. Miller,  977 F.
Supp. 1228, 43 U.S.P.Q.2d 1356 (ND Ga 1997), which on
a motion for a preliminary injunction found at least this
Georgia statute that would have criminalized some kinds
of domain name usage likely to be found unconstitutional
as an infringement on free speech.  $100,000 ought also
to be looked at as some kind of prior restraint, huh?
