  You know Javier, there was once a child much like you liken
ICANN to be some 50 odd years ago.  That child had defects,
although they mostly mental ones, much like ICANN's.  His name
was Adolf Hitler...

  So, what I am getting at here is that sometimes the cure, kills
the patient.
