Harald - I am not participating in the consenses joke the Names Council
has been playing with. And that is a right of mine. You are attempting
to force me to participate - to associate my name with your little attempt
at pretending were voting on something. If you do that and associate my
name with this parady - i'm going to go balistic.

Now if you want to establish a formal democratic voting style - i'll be
willing to look at your proposal - but don't assume you have any right to
associate my good name and superior moral position with any of this bull
shit. If you say I participated in this parady - and associate my name in
any way with any document in this parady you people think is consesus -
then yes - i'm going balistic.

Don't attempt to use my name in any way to sell your load of crap. I'm
being very sincere here.

I demand you retract that. Under no circumstance is my name to be
associated with any of your lists. I played that game in the nominations
and I'm not being a party to it now.

If this is not a vote - then it's a travesty. Associate my name with any
document you publish and watch the shit hit the fan. And Harald - you
maybe liable for the law suite - but it's the DOC that get's the
complaint. Because in the end - they are responsible along with icann for
this crap.

So if you feel you want to play games - then you've been given fair and
suffucient warning.

Joe
