I dunnooo... But I think it's only a matter of time until various
countries begin to place "FireWalls" between them and the rest of the world.
And begin to control what is moved between the countries, especially the old
"East Bloc" Countries. I would sure hate to see the EU do that. But it's
practical to FireWall the comms between the countries and have their own
control of "Their" internet with their own root servers and registrations.
Wouldn't you?
