For those of us who have been trying for two years to get the
Justice Department to investigate ICANN and use the Antitrust Laws
to bring it to task, the answer to Mayor Giuliani's question is only
too clear: the U.S. Executive and its agencies have been corrupted
by the big businesses that control the media and now the Internet.
