So.. I have a .wmv file that was made from a video camera and I want to
upload to a website so it can be viewed. I'm thinking that I should
use mencoder to convert it to mpeg4?
The original file is just over 2GB. If I cut down on the fps (frames
per second) that should help reduce the file size (I hope).
So I guess my question is: what would be the minimum fps I would want
to use so it doesn't look like crap?
