Ok, I know what it is,

I just went back to it, logged out, logged in, went to my user page, and
edited the page.

It's based on content, I put in the URL to my web site & to minecraft
server, did a preview and it looked fine, and then clicked 'Save Page' at
which point it balked with the error above.  I tried it again by reformating
the web address to not look like a full url, and it saved the page.

No big deal, I just won't put url's in my user page.
