Yes but my last employers were out in California, and a bit different mentality out there all around, good and bad. Though I have been self employed for going on 12 years now, spanning a few businesses. Hopefully the mentality in this area can be changed, and that was one of the reasons I moved back to my home town. Rather than staying out west. Though there was many reasons. -- William L.
