Hey all, as I'm new to Jax I don't have the business relationships to find a decent lawyer and CPA. Just basic accounting and contracts stuff, and to discuss the when/what/why of incorporating vs. sole proprietorship. I'd appreciate any input if you've been happy with someone, preferably in the Riverside area and at a reasonable cost.
