I recently bought 10 2tb drives and have spent the last month fiddling with proper cooling for the system and am able to keep it at around 80 with just quiet fans. Plus I have 2 250 gig drives on a hardware raid for the OS. I'm trying to decide on an OS for it and am flip flopping between Windows Storage Server, Debian and Solaris.
I need to connect from macs 10.6+, windows xp & 7, apple tv w/ XBMC and Android tablets.
