I think the group discounts are 10% off for 6 or more people, 15% off for 12 or more people. At least that's what it's been for other Black Hat conferences. I'm not sure if you can get both early bird and group discounts together.
I'll need to check for the webcasts, I appreciate you letting us know about that. :) Out of everyone in JaxLUG, I can think of at least 4 people that would probably be going, but I wanted to get the word out to everyone else. If we don't get a group, then I'll just try for the early registration. The early bird discount is a little better than the group discount, anyway. Even better if it's possible to get both discounts.
