Anyone on the list here ever mess around with a D2Plug computer? It's not exactly a powerhouse, but it's not a bad little piece of hardware. One of my bosses got one for Christmas and he was gracious enough to let me play around with it and, in my tinkering, I discovered the wireless and bluetooth modules weren't enabled. I've been trying to figure out how to to make that happen and haven't made a lot of progress. The only thread I've come across about this was here: http://www.plugcomputer.org/plugforum/index.php?topic=5942.0 and I haven't been able to get it working as easily as the thread would insinuate. (I'm waiting for my forum registration to be approved to ask the same thing there, but thought I'd ask if anyone here might have already solved my problem.)
This device came pre-loaded with Ubuntu 10.04 (Yay!) netbook edition (Boo!) but the network-manager app isn't installed and I can't seem to install it... :/
