Baring any technical issues on the day-of, we should have a compelling live experience for people who are unable to attend physically. Please communicate with me off-list if you wish to attend the hangout itself, we do have limited slots. Actually attending the hangout will allow you great flexibility to talk and be seen by us in the presentation and in the time before and after the presentation If you are unable to attend the hangout, the presentation-part of the meeting with be live broadcast to Youtube. We have a minor delay on the live stream, but you will be able to interact with us via the IRC to ask questions. Someone (myself for this meeting) will control the switchboard to switch the Youtube screen between the different cameras we will have. I hope to have the Google Hangout started by around 6:30 PM** and the Youtube stream initiated by around 7:00 to 7:15PM. **if you wish to join while we do the tests before everyone arrives, you are welcome to! If you are not comfortable with your face, voice, or name being broadcast and stored on Youtube, please let us know offlist and we will happily work with you to make sure you are comfortable.
