At worst, I would be interested in
keeping up with this conversation, if not interested in joining the
group as well.
I'm at the point where I really need to start considering a better plan
for my crew and I (3 of us total). This is an area where I don't feel
very knowledgeable, so I really would like to be a party to any
conversations on the topic if you form a plan of action on this.
If people felt interested, I'm wondering if there would be a way to get
an agent from any of the insurance companies to meet up with a decent
number of us. I could pursue that a little if people felt interested.

Hello Everyone,
I am an independent ColdFusion developer doing freelance and contract
work. My wife and are moving back to Texas after being in Colorado
for several years.
I have a quick question about Health Insurance. When we previously
lived in Texas we could not get maternity coverage unless we were on a
Group Insurance policy. Does anyone know if that is the same? Also,
what are you other independent guys doing for insurance, individual
policies?
What I would really like to find is a group of Independent people or
some sort of association I can join that provides Group Insurance,
anyone know of anything like that?
Thanks for any help and I hope to get to some of the CFUG meetings once
we get settled in there.
