This looks like it was added in f4dd8b4c6663c172371b7b1317eb911d4e1e5db8<https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/commit/f4dd8b4c6663c172371b7b1317eb911d4e1e5db8> but was not backported from master to 2.1.
