If you know the IP addresses and it’s not too many sites you want to block you 
can use the aliases in the firewall, first for a list of websites to block - 
I’m blocking Facebook successfully with this list:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11164672/list-of-ip-space-used-by-facebook

And then block all traffic to 
“Destination: 
Type: Single host or alias
Address: *Alias Name*"

If you only want to block certain clients in your network (and you know their 
IPs) you can make an alias list of those too and use that Alias in your Source 
field for the firewall rule.
