I have two firewalls running pfsense 2.1.3 amd64. One is nanobsd, the other is full install. Why is it that when I do 'grep band /var/log/ppp.log' on the embedded system I get the expected output of lines containing "band", while on the full system I only get "Binary file /var/log/ppp.log matches" for output. I can cat the file and see its contents. Both systems have /var on ram disk.
