he interface name or tot he interface port ?

So when i change WAN1 from em1 to em7 and WAN2 from em7 to em1, will the
rules "move with the interface" ?

The other suggestions are more relevant to restoring a config to completely
different hardware where all your NICs will change.
Swapping WAN from em1 to em7 is as simple as going to
Interfaces>assign, changing it there from em1 to em7, save, apply
changes.
