Have just had a look at rebol view and i am very impressed, I am excited and eager to create my own view interfaces, but one thing keeps bugging me about the rebol direction. Ease of portablility for the end consumer, I know we are still in the very early stages as far as development goes, but what are the plans for ease of distribution/compilation/installation as far as core/view programs go, will we have to write most of it ourselves? or will there be an easier way to for example compile a library of rebol scripts into an exe for easy distribution? and how will things like view and other planned modules for rebol function when they need to be added into the ease of distribution/compilation/installation. Rebol is good, but there needs to be a universal configuration/package handler, much like RPM's or CAB's with inbuilt pre installation options for the user. Please feel free to add to this, maybe I do not see the light like the rest of you are. Aden.
