[REBOL] news (no info??)

Hi   does anyone know how to post to newsgroups.
Rebol's new user guide does'nt say. The old user guide did.
The new one does'nt tell how to just download the headers
either. Does anyone know how to just download the first
100 lines of newsgroup messages? thanks..
