Work closely with game development, marketing, business development and the executive team to drive insights that result in better games and delighted players. Be the expert at extracting and analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets using a variety of tools. Provide reporting, performance monitoring and insights via dashboards, scorecards and ad hoc analysis. Ensure rigorous quality control over data, analyses and metrics, and organizational clarity and alignment for key business metrics. Includes detailed data exploration and validation to separate genuine phenomena from spurious anomalies. Manage multiple analytical projects at a time in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment Job Requirements: World-class analytics, problem-solving, data and technical capabilities Ability to see the "big picture," quickly evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many competing asks. Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - must be able to explain technical concepts and analyses clearly to a wide audience and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses. High energy, strong work ethic and results-orientation Outgoing with a passion for problem-solving, flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, creativity, and hunger to constantly ask "why?" A keen understanding of consumer Internet behavior. Technical requirements: Experience analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets Great Excel modeling skills. Knowledge of Google Analytics a must and of statistical/web analytics programs are a plus Ability to execute research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations Education / work experience requirements: Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics a plus.
