O que você me mandou não diz absolutamente nada sobre o que
estamos debatendo, diz apenas como o POST funciona tecnicamente, e
não a maneira certa de se usar. A especificação que você mandou
diz apenas quanto ao funcionamento e não maneiras de usar, você
deveria saber como se usa POST, GET, PUT, DELETE, etc...
Já que você quer embasamento conciso, você deveria ir atrás, pelo
menos para provar que eu estou errado. Como você não foi atrás,
tanto que não conhece o funcionamento correto de GET e POST, eu
fui e te trago algo de interessante:
The fundamental differences between |"GET"| and |"POST"|
/The HTML specifications /technically/ define the difference
between |"GET"| and |"POST"| so that former means that form data
is to be encoded (by a browser) into a URL
