I've done plenty of usability studies on sites that have well labelled links
(as opposed to 'Click Here'), but it hasn't been the focus of the study and
we've never specifically collected data on that.

When you say 'Process', are you referring to a staged/stepped proccess (eg
application form/ tutorial) or just general interaction?

In my observations I really can't say that I've noticed this as an issue.
While I haven't studied it specifically, it's not something that stands out
as having caused a usability issue.

What does seem to cause confusion is when links are not underlined, or where
the visual treatment used to identify a text link is insufficient or
ambiguous.
