EOLAS is company based arising out of UCLA that claim that Microsoft
(and us) are violating one of their patents by embedding active content
in a web page.

In response, Microsoft have changed the Internet Explorer browser to
behave significantly differently.

Want to see it in action... Download a BETA version of IE7, or apply
recent updates to IE6 for XP, and attempt to view embedded content such
as Flash or Quicktime.

Our developers have started using Javascript to embed flash (a very
nasty work around) as well as using the noscript tag to embed the Flash
(just in case someone happens to want to view the Flash but doesn't have
Javascript enabled).

Our justification... The interruption to the users experience, having to
click on each flash movie before they can interact with the flash, far
outweighs the cons of the workaround.

Subject: [WSG] flash activation border??? is it a XP problem

Hello guys,

I have seen something weird lately in flash productions where i have a
activation
border in the flash published in the website. have anyone of you seen it

otherwise
I am getting it at this website http://www.rosoli.gr

I guess it is a XP problem, it does not appear in MAC tiger...

WHat am i suppose to do because i fool the visitors to click in the menu

and it will
need 2 clicks to get inside. one to deactivate the border in flash and
one to get
to the menu to navigate where it is suppose to..

It happened a few weeks ago, maybe a update from Mr Gates..!!!
